Following Jesus in the Whole of Life is a collaborative learning journey for Dublin church leaders and others who care about how people are formed in faith. Together, we will explore how our churches can equip people to follow Jesus not only on Sundays, but in their workplaces, families, relationships, neighbourhoods, and every part of life. We will consider challenges such as fragmented discipleship, the separation of faith and work, limited intergenerational relationships, and the need to mentor and release younger leaders.
The process will begin with two initial meetings: the first to understand our present context and the second to imagine what could be different. The hope then is for us to form small working groups around key themes, develop and test practical responses in context. And regather in May or June to share what has been learned. This isn’t about offering finished answers, but a participative process for listening, imagining, experimenting, and discovering together what whole-life discipleship could look like across Dublin.
