Following Jesus in the Whole of Life: A Dublin learning journey in discipleship and everyday mission
How can our churches help people follow Jesus—not only on Sundays, but in their relationships, workplaces, neighbourhoods, and every part of life?
Many churches are investing significant energy in discipleship, yet formation can still feel fragmented. Faith becomes separated from work and ordinary life. Generations are often discipled apart from one another. People can become disconnected from their neighbourhoods, while much of the church’s attention and resources remain centred on Sunday gatherings.
At the same time, there is a real hunger for something more integrated. Churches are reconsidering their identity and place in the community. Younger leaders are looking for opportunities to participate and lead. People want help connecting faith, work, relationships, place, and mission.
We hope this learning journey will bring together people from churches across Dublin to explore what whole-life discipleship could look like in our present context—and to develop practical responses together.
