Public Missiology Initiative

October 13th, 2026|

We are delighted that last month we launched a new project called the Public Missiology Initiative!

We are teaming up with the Irish Bible Institute and Donna Jennings (part of her PhD) as we explore missiology. Something is stirring across the church in Ireland. At the same time, Irish public life is becoming increasingly complex. The Public Missiology Initiative exists to help the church listen deeply, discern faithfully, and imagine a bold public witness for this moment.
Public Missiology explores how the church participates in God’s mission within the realities of public life. It’s an invitation to listen, connect, and build together! There will be 8 gatherings in the spring of 2027 across the island to listen and hear and then a research report to be present autumn 2027. We will be in touch soon! Email Claire by clicking here with any questions.
