About the Survey

In 2015, VOX Magazine carried out an extensive piece of research exploring the experiences and opinions of millennials in the church. And in 2023, in partnership with Praxis and Tearfund Ireland, VOX has launched a new survey “Young Adults ‘23” – a chance for young people to have their say about what really matters about faith and the real issues that are shaping our society.

What do young adults (aged 18 – 40) across Ireland think about faith and life? Why have some young adults left the church? Why are others passionate about their faith? What is most important to this generation? These are important questions, and there is a lot of talk about what young adults think. But, we want to hear directly from you. What is your experience of faith and church?

Praxis and other partner organisations want to understand where young adults  are coming from, your experience, what matters to you and how this could shape the church in the future.  In the second section of the survey Tearfund Ireland asks for your views on Climate Change as part of an international survey of young adults.
