DESCRIPTION:This learning community is hosted by Sam Moore and Donna Jennings. \nWhere might we begin to make practical changes to reshape the church for mission in a post-Christian era? \nHow can we make space to reflect together and listen to others on what it means to be God’s people in these times? \nIn Faithful Presence\, David Fitch outlines 7 disciplines that shape the church for mission. Over the course of the spring\, Donna Jennings and Sam Moore will facilitate a learning community that makes space to read and reflect on these disciplines and begin to make small yet meaningful changes to earth them in our contexts. \nWe recognise the time pressures of church leadership and the importance of taking time and space to reflect\, learn and act. After college he worked in agricultural development and youth work in Haiti and Antigua before returning to Ireland and (much to his surprise) being called by God to train as a Methodist Minister. Before Dublin he and his wife Karen have served in Longford\, Cork and Kerry. He served as President of the Methodist Church in Ireland from 2017-2018.

DESCRIPTION:We are excited to gather this October. We hope to gather creatives\, pioneers\, entrepreneurs\, church leaders\, community leaders\, those working with the marginalised\, young adults\, women in leadership\, and more. On Friday\, each of these strands will meet to share\, eat\, and wrestle with a few missional questions together. Everyone is invited to a community meal on Friday evening then Saturday will be a mixture of keynote speakers\, a panel\, and the strands contributing to the wider conversation. You’re welcome to come to all of it or just the Saturday – more about how to book in & take part will be coming in the next few weeks. \nOur goal is to GATHER and not just be another content heavy conference to attend but for people to be inspired\, challenged\, feel hopeful and practical next step for the future. \nMore about it here & how to register\n  \n

DESCRIPTION:The Dublin Church Network are coming together again this year to do a Pentecost service. Their first in person gathering happened February 2020 with a few online ones since then. They’re delighted to be able to gather their church communities in person once more. \nThe network currently consists of Ignite/Urban Junction\, Breathe\, 24/7 Prayer Dublin (Eden Collective)\, Liffey Valley Vineyard\, Northside Methodist Churches\, Dublin West Community Church and Saint Catherine’s. \nThe morning will kick off at 10.30am with tea/coffee then start the service at 11am and wrap up by 12.30pm.
